Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ContentBunker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

ContentBunker is an AI-powered content agency operating system. It enables agencies and creators to manage client briefs, generate content ideas, write short-form video scripts, plan publishing calendars, and track performance metrics — all in one place.

3. Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent) to use the service
• You may not share your account credentials with anyone outside your workspace

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ContentBunker to generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the platform
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Use the AI generation features to produce harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

5. Subscription and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in USD via Stripe
• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan; no credit card required
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period with no partial refunds
• If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us at support@contentbunker.com for a refund
• Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle

6. Data and content ownership

• You own all content you create in ContentBunker — ideas, scripts, client data, and calendar entries
• ContentBunker does not claim ownership of your content
• You grant ContentBunker a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the service to you
• ContentBunker may use anonymised, aggregated usage data (never your content) to improve the product

7. AI-generated content

• Ideas and scripts are generated by AI and may not be unique or original
• ContentBunker does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated output
• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or using it
• ContentBunker is not liable for any claims arising from AI-generated content you publish

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. No formal SLA is provided at this stage. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.

9. Termination

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing
• ContentBunker may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• On termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentBunker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ContentBunker harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or content you create through it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to these terms

We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before making material changes to these terms. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
